We’d like to take a moment to address the current situation the world is going through. This is a scary time for many of us — a time of uncertainty, fear, and loneliness. Now, more than ever, it is important to stay unified with one another, and help everyone stop the spread of COVID-19 by doing your part — stay home, stay safe, wash your hands, help others who are at higher risk than you may be for the virus, and stay positive.

Here at Invincible Quill, we wanted to let you know that you are not alone, and we are here for you. If you are facing a period of instability, we urge you to reach out for help, if it’s offered. No one should have to go through this alone.

We hope that this special issue of Invincible Quill Magazine brings a little bit of joy into your life during this time. The work you are about to read was originally two issues — March and April. As the global pandemic situation worsened, we as a team decided to hold back on publishing the March issue as an independent issue, and instead decided to make this combined, ‘special edition’ version of the magazine. The pieces you are about to read were written to satisfy the March and April themes, Childhood and Poetry respectively. We hope you find inspiration in these works, and they help take your mind off of everything that’s happening in the world.

We are all in this together. The only way we will beat this global threat is by staying unified. We are stronger together.

It’s amazing, since we’ve restricted from moving; nothing like books and poems can really tie us together while giving hope and strength

I just devoured your stay at home edition and I have to say your team is doing an amazing job I have followed all your issues and they are getting better and better. I am a writer and love everything about this magazine, I think the imagery is ok but I’m all about the writing content. Good Job to everyone who works on the team and the people who run it.
